About Ventura County Pest Pros
A no-cost, local referral service. Not a pest control company.
Who we are
Ventura County Pest Pros is a no-cost referral service for homeowners, renters, and property owners in and around Ventura County, California. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform pest control, termite, or wildlife work ourselves. When you send us a request, we connect you with an independent local pest control company that serves your area, and that provider contacts you directly. Always verify a contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov before hiring.
Why this site exists
Pest problems are stressful, and search results are full of national lead sites and big promises. Our goal is to publish clear, Ventura County-specific information about termites, rodents, ants, bees, and wildlife, and to give residents one easy way to reach an independent local pest control company without being passed around to a dozen businesses.
How the referral works
- Tell us what you are seeing. Fill out the short form with your city and the pest problem.
- We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local pest control company that covers your area.
- Get an inspection and estimate. The provider contacts you, inspects if needed, and explains options and prices.
- You decide. Ask questions, compare if you like, and hire only if it is right for you. No obligation.
What we promise, and what we don't
- Using this site costs you nothing. Providers, not homeowners, support the service.
- We share your request with one independent local provider, not a long list of companies.
- We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any provider's work. The provider you hire is responsible for its license, permits, insurance, estimate, and workmanship.
- We don't publish made-up customer stories, invented statistics, or made-up credentials.
- We never tell you a treatment is guaranteed to work, and we encourage written estimates and second opinions for big jobs like fumigation.
Protect yourself when hiring
Look up the pest control company's license with the Structural Pest Control Board at pestboard.ca.gov. If repair or construction work is included, check that contractor on the CSLB website. Ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation, get the inspection findings and estimate in writing, and ask what the guarantee covers and for how long. Ask which products will be used and how to keep children and pets safe. Be cautious of door-to-door offers and pressure to sign the same day.
